Wilson Junior Gonzalez, 29 of New Haven died suddenly at Yale-New Haven Hospital, St Raphael Campus after a brief illness. Wilson was born in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico on August 12, 1989, a son of Wilson Gonzalez Vega and Lizette Santiago of New Haven. He had resided in New Haven for the past five years. Wilson worked for Laticrete International, Inc. of Bethany for the past five years. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his paternal grandmother, Eva Luz Vega, four sisters, Mareli (Alexis Ortíz) Gonzalez, Franchesca, Cristin and Nachali Gonzalez, two brothers, Junior Wilson (Priscilla) Gonzalez and Shakil Gonzalez, one niece, Milexys Ortíz and one nephew, Nosnuel Ortíz, all of New Haven. He is also survived by many aunts, unlcles, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather, Wilson Gonzalez, and his maternal grandparents, Monserate Santiago and Maria Vega. Wilson's family will receive relatives and friends on Monday, November 5th from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Washington Memorial Funeral Home, 4 Washington Ave., North Haven. Funeral services and burial will take place in Sabana Grande, Puerto Rico. www.washingtonmemorialfh.com
